You get to choose your attitude.
Rambling, negative thoughts are really just you playing small. I’m talking about being non-committed, inconsistent and indecisive. You risk letting that become the only thing you know for sure. You may not even know you’re doing it.
Are you ready to change that bad talk today? How about thinking boldly? Speaking positively and with certainty? Coming from a deserving place? It’s OK to include your fear in the mess — that will lessen with time.
Choose from what’s possible. Come from “I can have it all”. Focus on your intentions and what it is you want.
“I’ll think about it”, you say?
No, you won’t. If you’re not going to think about it now, you’re not going to think about it later.
Commit to something today. Make a decision now to take some action on something you really want. Look at yourself in the mirror and make eye contact. Try it. It’s empowering to make a bold statement to yourself.
